Location

We're located at 375 Broad Cove Marsh Road in Inverness, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia on Canada's east coast.  We're a short drive off of Route 19 just north of the town of Inverness in beautiful Broad Cove.

Rates and Policies

House Rules

  • Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.  We can arrange flexible check-in or check-out with advance notice and depending on schedule
  • Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or on the decks.
  • Housetrained pets are allowed, and we require a refundable $200 pet deposit.  You are responsible for your pet's behavior in the house!

Rates and Reservations

  • Seasonal daily/weekly rates are listed on our Reservations page and are subject to change
  • A deposit of $500.00 is required for reservations longer than one week
  • A deposit of $200.00 is required for reservations less than a week
  • Deposits must be received prior to arrival
  • We allow pets with a refundable $200 pet security deposit, to be paid with the rental deposit.
  • We can accept PAYPAL or PERSONAL CHECKS for all deposits and fees

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations for one week or longer. Deposit will be reimbursed in full if reservation is cancelled before four weeks of check-in date. Anytime thereafter, deposit will be forfeited.
  • Reservations for less than a week. Deposit will be reimbursed in full if reservation is cancelled before two weeks of check-in date. Anytime thereafter, deposit will be forfeited.
  • A $30 administration fee is deducted from all refunded deposits for cancelled reservations.
